Employee Assistance Program The Boral Employee Assistance Program (BEAP) is a free confidential and professional counselling service available to Midland Brick and Boral employees and their immediate families. Outward Bound Australia In the interest of promoting work-life balance, Boral has joined forces with Outward Bound Australia to provide ‘Family Re-Discovery’ scholarships to Boral families. These scholarships are designed to give employees a chance to ‘re-connect’ with their families by undertaking a 9 day journey through the Australian wilderness. Each year a limited number of scholarships are offered to employees with a son or daughter between 12 and 18 years of age for a combination of one parent and one child.
