The Bottleyard apartment project is a unique development built in the vibrant inner-city stretch of Palmerston Street. Here the owners enjoy world class energy efficient design and year-round comfort.

With exceptionally high environmental credentials, the 125-apartment complex is built to drastically reduce its reliance on cooling, heating, and energy consumption and is certified with a Life Cycle carbon reduction of 52% over its design life. 

Part of this environmental focus, and success, was achieved by choosing the right building materials, including over a quarter of a million bricks and blocks from Midland Brick.

The Bottleyard is an exceptional design and build, with many innovative touches that made it a worthy recipient of the City of Vincent's Design Excellence Award.
