This modern and conventional two storey home is a new highlight amongst the streets of North Perth. With a brief from the client who required something different, luxurious while still functional, builders Switch Homes delivered this superb result through careful design by X-space Architects.

The property cleverly features Midland Brick Carbon Masonry Blocks in key areas which help to give each space both texture and definition. In collaboration with steel, timber and Granite Pavers used across an open plan indoor/outdoor living area, the resulting feel is one of industrial strength balanced perfectly by soft finishes and neutral tones which warm this functional family home.
