I understand that non-verge deliveries will not be delivered until a Delivery Authority Form has been completed. Midland Brick drivers will not complete a delivery if they feel that the area designated (by the client) is unsafe. In these circumstances the driver may unload product on the verge.
I understand some orders will require manual packaging which may increase the delivery time, and that deliveries to rural areas may take longer than the estimated delivery time frames.
Are you matching to an existing product?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure consistency between products, some products can vary slightly due to the nature of the raw materials used and the manufacturing process.
If you are matching existing bricks or pavers, we strongly suggest you contact Customer Service on 13 15 40 to help you make the best match possible from current stocks. Note that any product returned as a result of a mismatched product may incur return delivery and admin fees.
