Perth’s dominant landmark

Standing tall across the City skyline, Brookfield Place is undoubtedly one of Perth’s most visible and significant landmarks.

Built in 2012, on a once neglected site, Brookfield Place has transformed the central business district into a thriving retail and entertainment prescient.

Over the 46-month construction period, almost 5000 workers operated on-site and thousands of complex deliveries were carried out. This included nearly half-a-million purpose-made blocks, manufactured by Midland Brick at the Middle Swan plant.

Now a truly iconic landmark, Brookfield Place has been built to stand tall over Perth for generations to come.
