Enhance Penetrating

Areas of Use
Driveways, Car Parks, Garages, Paths & Walkways, Shopping Malls, Pedestrian Areas, Alfresco Areas, Bus Stations, Schools, Pool Surrounds.

Suitable for both interior & exterior use.

Surface Preparation

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free from dust, grease, curing compounds, release agents, loose particles, efflorescence, concrete laitance or any other contaminants.
• Use Crommelin HD Cleaner to remove grease, and as a general surface cleaner.
• Pressure washing is recommended to remove dust etc.
• Ensure surface is completely dry before sealing, and no rain or retic is forecasted during the 7-day full cure duration.

Application

• Apply a trial patch before full application, to access sealer adhesion and final finish.
• Apply Enhance Penetrating with Crommelin Contractor Membrane Brush, Crommelin Contractor Membrane Roller or airless spray.
• Apply first coat of Enhance Penetrating evenly as per recommended coverage rate and allow to dry.
• Apply second coat of Enhance Penetrating evenly as per recommended coverage rate.

Precautions

• Do not apply if the temperature is below 7°C, below dew point or relative humidity is above 85% or if rain is imminent.
• Do not apply in the heat of the day, over 30°C, or if high winds are expected.
• Do not apply Enhance Satin to damp substrates.
• Ensure adequate ventilation and air flow to optimise sealer curing.
• Protect sealed area from light foot traffic for at least 24 hours.
• Do not park vehicles on sealed area for at least 7 days.
